Remarks

Graduates must log in the service system http://reg.utcc.ac.th to register for graduation gown details.
Graduates must provide your true weight and height (the measurement is from head to toe without shoes.)
Graduate or representative can pick up and return a graduation gown by presenting the receipt / bank-transfer slip of the graduation ceremony fee.
In case of losing payment evidence, please contact the university Financial Office for a copy of receipt before gown pick up the gown.
For master’s and bachelor’s graduates who wish to own the graduation gown need to pay the graduation fee first, before contacting the gown shop of respective school / college for gown measurement and pay extra payment of 800 Baht for the tailor-made gown.
Ph.D. graduates' gown will be tailor-made only, After paying the graduation ceremony fee, pay extra payment of 2,600 Baht for the tailor-made gown.
Graduation gowns for bachelor's and master's graduates are available for rent only. Graduate must return the gown after the ceromony. following the notified return schedule.

Gown Pick-up/Return

Gown pick up Please ensure to receive all 6 items from the pick-up counter
1.Graduation gown 2.Hood 3.Cap 4.Tassel 5.Gown plastic cover 6.Gown hanger
* If graduates find out after the pick-up day that some items are not given, graduates shall bear all responsibility for the incomplete items.
Gown return Please bring all 5 items to the serviced shop to receive the deposit (2,000 baht). Upon return, any missing and/or defective items caused by renters are subject to the following charges per item.
1.Graduation gown 1,200 Baht 2.Hood 400 Baht 3.Cap 250 Baht 4.Tassel 50 Naht 5.Gown plastic cover 100 Baht
* For any adapted/modified gown, the shop has the right not to accept nor return the deposit to the renters.
* Late return of the gown will be fined. In case you cannot return all items on the specified dates, please contact the shop in charge in advance.
